"Decent food overall, loved the Popcorn Prawn & Soy Garlic Korean Fried Chicken!I’m keen to try the other fried chicken flavours too! Sushi was yum, but the Eel Don was average. It’s great to have a Japanese restaurant in the area without going to the city. Great for large groups too. And I think their super friendly service is the reason why this restaurant one of locals fave!"

"Sushi Lab is easily one of the best Japanese restaurants in Belmore. The place is cozy and welcoming, with a beautifully menu. Their Korean Fried Chicken is honestly the best I’ve had in Sydney, super crispy, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. I’ve been there a few times, including with friends, and everyone loved it. A great spot for anyone who enjoys amazing food and a relaxed atmosphere."

"We got the premium sashimi platter and big tummies sushi platter. Generous servings, beautiful fresh fish and lovely atmosphere. My pricing per person doesn't reflect a normal meal. We had a birthday party so we splurged. Hidden gem in Belmore."

"We came couple of time to this place. Menu were halal friendly with quite range of menu. Food was really nice, with quite affordable price especially their lunch special menus. The only input that I’d like to give is the dining area needs to be refreshed with some nice scented perfume so that doesn’t feel like an old place. Other than that everything was nice."

"The best sushi place in sydney. Not even exaggerating. Popcorn prawn is to die for. Sushi rolls are devine, and the korean fried chicken with garlic soy sauce is chef’s kiss. The service is so quick, wait staff are amazing, and the overall atmosphere is so cosy and friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you to all the staff for the best sushi place!"

"The food here is absolutely spectacular. So delicious, full of flavour, and the portion sizes are huge! We came for dinner with a group of 13 (including kids), and everyone loved it. The sushi was a hit with the kids, the sashimi was incredibly fresh, and the wagyu was definitely my favourite. Wish I took more photos of our food but overall great experience all around. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"We ordered the volcano roll, takoyaki, crab cream croquettes, katsu chicken curry don, and panko prawn curry don. Everything was delicious and well made, especially the croquettes. The only suggestion would be to avoid mixing the vegetables too much, as the curry tasted slightly sour towards the end. Overall, a very satisfying meal and worth returning for."

"Amazing food, generous portions, friendly staff and quick service. We had the popcorn prawns with mayonnaise, tuna tataki, spicy salmon roll and the sushi & sashimi set. Everything was really fresh and we got grapefruit after our meal."
